We take our enviromental responsibilities seriously and promote recycled packaging products whenever possible. In addition to our core pacakging range we also manufacture customised packaging, from corrugated products to polythene and filmic materials tailord to your individual requirements. We have extensive experience in the packaging industry including flexo and lithographic printing and appreciate the importance of your product and branding to your clients.

You can pay by PayPal using major credit card (Visa/MasterCard etc). We will process your order with PayPal. Of course, you can still use PayPal without a credit card. Do I have to create an account to order?
We recommend you get registered with our site as our site creates the order history of registered users and you can easliy take advantage of this by simply logging in to your account. Your personal info is safe with us. As our store policy is not to share your info with any third party. Create an account today!

What is the delivery estimate ?
We aim to send the item/s within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed. Please leave your correct shipping details. Thank you.

What is the payment method ?

Payments can be made over the phone, or, straight from debit/credit cards online

We use a secure online payment system set up by Barclaycard to ensure height of safety and customer satisfaction.

We also accept payments via PAYPAL.

I haven't received order update emails!
Please check your spam filter, as the web site sends order updates automatically. If you add our domain to your address book, emails will have a better chance for delivery.

What is the delivery cost ?

Orders below £100.00 NET will attract a carriage charge of £6.99 per consignment.
Orders over £100.00 NET are carriage free.

Delivery details:

Deliveries by Couriers:
Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt. Mistakes cannot be rectified unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery. Please note the couriers deliver between 8am and 5.30pm. If you are a business, with differeing office hours, please make sure someone is available to accept the order between the above hours. A responsible person must be available at your nominated delivery address. Our courier will attempt to deliver once. After this it is the customers responsibilty to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from the local depot.

Next Business Day DeliveryService:
If you require a next business day delivery service, please check the information below to understand when we'll process and despatch your order.

Orders recieved Monday - Friday Before 3pm:
We always aim to process and despatch orders recieved before 3pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availabilty). For example: Order Monday before 3pm, your order should be despatched Monday evening for delivery on Tuesday (subject to stock availabilty).

Orders recieved Monday - Friday After 3pm:
Orders recieve after 3pm will be processed and despatched on Tuesday (subject to stock availabilty). For example: Order on Monday after 3pm, your order will be processed and despatched on Tuesday (subject to stock availabilty)

Weekend Orders:
Orders recieved on Fridays (after 3pm) through to Mondays (before 3pm) will be processed on Monday.

UK Bank Holidays:
Please note that we do not process orders during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back. For example: Orders recieved over the weekend, or during a bank holiday Monday, will be processed on Tuesday.

Out of stock Situations:
We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and recieve frequent deliveries from our suppliers. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible.

Clearance Stock:
We offer some great deals on clearance stock from a number of our suppliers. As we do not hold all clearance stock on site, we must apply a 5 day lead time to entire orders containing clearance stock items.

Step 2: If you see something you want, click "Add To Cart" button, itemising the product quantity you require.

Step 3: When finished click "checkout". You'll be asked to register for an account and login . Your shopping cart contents will follow you through the process.

Step 4: If you decide not to purchase at the moment, no worry, the site remembers what's in your shopping cart. When you come back to the site, login, and your cart will show up on the right.

Step 5: Ready to checkout? Just click on the "Checkout?"

Step 6: Make sure your address is correct and choose the appropriate shipping option.

Step 7: Give any special requests in the comments box. We actually read those and it is store policy to review them before shipment.

Step 8: Select a Method of payment and click the link to continue.

Step 9: Review your order and confirm!

Step 10: Check your e-mail. We send confirmation mails when you place the order, when your order is being processed, and a final notice informing you the order has shipped.


Returns & Refunds:

We aim to make this process as simple as possible for you.

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition, with all the packaging intact within 30 days of receipt.

If we have made a mistake or the item is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose a full refund or an alternative at equal value shall be provided. Sale items are non returnable.

If the item appears to have been tampered with when in the customers possession, or in a non returnable condition (excluding errors made by the manufacturer) crystalpackagingltd.co.uk have the right to refuse refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Before bringing/sending back an item, we would appreciate if you could contact us to inform us of the problem and whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Delivery and delivery costs when returning items are the customers responsibilty.


Orders Errors & Cancellations:

If there are any errors or shortages in your order, contact us (sales@crystalpackagingltd.co.uk or 01992 893 535) within 48 hours of receiving your order.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order prior to the dispatch of your products. To cancel an order contact us quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once your items have been dispatched.


Complaints:

Should you have a problem with any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We aim to resolve your complaint within 1 working day.

Prices, offers and product details are valid at the time of enquiry. Crystal Packaging reserve the right to change all information posted on crystalpackagingltd.co.uk and within the shop without notice.

Products are described as accurately as possible but measurements, colours and designs may occasionally slightly vary from those illustrated.

All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering.
